Your kit,
on the clock.
List your chipper, MEWP, stump grinder or rigging kit when you're not using it. UK arborists rent from arborists — no faceless plant-hire shops, no broken kit on day one.
Earn from the
kit that sits idle.
Most arborists' biggest investment sits in a yard four days a week. List it on ArbLink: LOLER state visible upfront, direct booking, direct payment, direct conversation with another working arborist.

A reputation
that earns
interest.
Every job rates you. Every job rates the business too. The good yards stand out. The bad ones can't hide. Your record builds across the entire trade — not stuck in one foreman's WhatsApp.
Two stars.
Both matter.
After every confirmed job, both parties rate the other one-to-five plus an optional comment. Verified jobs only. No anonymous reviews, no buyable testimonials.

Disputes get mediated
Every flagged rating gets reviewed. We don't delete bad ones; we contextualise them.
No invented testimonials. ArbLink's rating system goes live with the platform — at which point this section fills with real reviews from real subscribers on both sides of the trade.
Only verified job participants can leave a rating. Both parties must mark the job complete before either rating becomes public. Disputed entries get reviewed — not deleted. We don't take buyable testimonials and never will.
Things
climbers
ask us.
Can't find what you're after? Email hello@arblink.co.uk — a real person responds within four hours, Monday to Friday.
What does it cost?
£9.99/month, or £99.99/year (saves ~17%). That's it — no registration fee, no per-application charge, no commission on your day rate. ArbLink takes nothing from the work itself; the subscription pays for the tool.
How do you verify my certificates?
Upload a clear photo of each ticket. Where the issuing body offers an API, we cross-check automatically. Where there's no API, we manually review. Either way, a green tick lands on your profile within 24 hours.
Who controls my profile and data?
You do. You can hide your profile from search, delete any work-history entry, dispute a rating, or export everything to PDF and walk away. We don't sell your data to recruiters; we don't pass your phone number to businesses you haven't applied to.
What happens between application and payment?
Apply with one tap. The business sees your verified profile immediately. If they shortlist you, you message in-platform and agree the day rate and dates. Work happens off-platform — ArbLink isn't an employer. Payment is between you and the business, on the terms you've agreed.
Do I need to be self-employed?
That's the typical setup, yes. ArbLink connects sole-trader and limited-company climbers with businesses who need extra hands. We're not an employer or an umbrella company — your tax and IR35 status are between you, your accountant, and HMRC.
Can I use this if I'm a one-person crew?
That's exactly who it's built for. Solo climbers, freelance subbies, and small two-to-three person crews all have their own account types. The bigger arb companies use the platform to find you — not the other way around.
What if a business rates me unfairly?
Flag the rating. We review every disputed entry — including messages and photos from both sides. We don't delete ratings just because someone doesn't like them, but we do contextualise (or remove) ones that breach our terms. A flagged rating is paused while we look at it.
Can I list my chipper / kit too?
Yes. The equipment marketplace is included with your subscription — no separate listing fee, no commission on rentals. Upload your kit, attach LOLER certificates, set your daily rate, pause listings when you're using the kit yourself. Renters are other verified ArbLink subscribers.
